Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return:

• Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with tags.
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Initiate a return by contacting us at support@cushiefootsie.com. We will provide the return address and a shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt, inspect your order. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and select personal care products. We also can’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, including closeout sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without justification. Ensure the item meets the same conditions as for a regular return.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that the time for banks or credit card companies to process refunds varies.
