Our team strives to dispatch orders within 3 working days. While we aim to ship purchases within 24 hours or the next day, orders made after 11 AM on Saturdays will likely ship on Monday.

Most products are shipped within 24-48 hours and typically take 10-20 business days for delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

Should you need to return a product, here are the guidelines:

Our return window is 30 days from the delivery date.

We cover return shipping fees and currently do not charge a processing fee for the order.

Products must be in new, unused condition.

Customized items are not eligible for return.

Refunds, minus shipping costs (unless free shipping was provided), will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
